Sometimes, the simplest changes can make the biggest impact—especially when preparing a home to hit the market. Arch Carpentry was recently brought in to help homeowners who were getting ready to sell. Their house had a mix of four different interior paint colors—grey, blue, white, and green—giving the home a disjointed and dated feel.
The Goal
The owners wanted a clean, fresh, and unified look to appeal to potential buyers—and that’s where we stepped in. Our mission was to repaint the entire interior with a warm, neutral cream white tone that would brighten the home and make every room feel bigger, cleaner, and more inviting.
The Arch Carpentry Approach
Carefully prepped all walls and trim, ensuring a smooth, professional finish
Painted over all four existing colors with even coats of high-quality cream white paint
Focused on sharp lines, clean edges, and consistent coverage throughout the home
Worked efficiently to help the owners stay on schedule for listing the property
The Results
The transformation was immediate. What was once a patchwork of clashing colors is now a bright, cohesive space that feels fresh and move-in ready. The cream white not only makes the rooms look more open, but also allows future buyers to envision their own style in the home.
First Impressions Matter
In real estate, presentation is everything. A professional paint job is one of the most cost-effective ways to increase a home’s value and attract serious buyers. Whether you’re prepping to sell or just want a fresh look, Arch Carpentry delivers results you can see—and feel.
